About the Role
We’re hiring a full-time, fully remote Social Content Executive to work directly with members inside our VIP James Smith mentorship program. This isn’t a typical social media role where you’re just scheduling posts or running one brand account. Instead, you’ll spend your time coaching real members, auditing their content, and helping them level up their Reels, TikToks, and carousels so they drive more views, engagement, and followers.
If you live and breathe content, can instantly spot what makes a TikTok pop or a Reel flop, and genuinely love helping others grow their personal brand online, this role was made for you.
You’ll learn and apply our proven systems while also bringing your own expertise and creative instincts to help members succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Coach and support members inside our private community.
- Audit and review short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, carousels), providing detailed, actionable feedback that helps members improve fast.
- Host a weekly call to audit and help people with their content.
- Answer people in the Discord and give them feedback via looms, voicenotes and messages
- Apply James Smith mentorship’s signature frameworks and systems to guide members, while adapting advice to their unique style and niche.
- Track student wins, celebrate their progress, and keep energy high inside the community.
- Collaborate with fellow coaches and the internal team to ensure every student feels seen, supported, and successful.
- Occasionally assist with brand content creation along with the Social Media Manager (light publishing/scheduling), keeping a pulse on what’s working across platforms.
What We’re Looking For
- Deep knowledge of Instagram: you know how the algorithms work, what hooks grab attention, and what drives conversions.
- Experience coaching, content strategy, or community leadership - ideally with members, entrepreneurs, or influencers.
- An eye for content: you can break down why something works, why it doesn’t, and explain how to improve it in a way that clicks.
- Strong written and verbal communication, especially in casual, creator-friendly tones.
- Organized and proactive, comfortable managing multiple conversations and providing consistent value.
Collaborative mindset: you thrive in a team of coaches but can also own your group independently.
